Parent Portal User Guide

    Parent Portal Access


    Best viewed on the following browsers:

    - Internet Explorer

    - Microsoft Edge (Edge Chromium)

    - Google Chrome

    - Mozilla Firefox

    - Safari


    Navigate to your school's website and login to the parent portal.


    Step1: Registration

    New users register on the ScadCo website before the system can be accessed.

    Click on the Register here to access your school/college link on to register.

    - This process can be repeated if you forget your password. 


    Select your relationship with the student (Parent/Mother/Father/Guardian)

    Then enter your school’s reference number. This number will be supplied by the school.


    Now complete the folowing fields with the details that you have provided to the school:

    - child’s student number. This number will appears on your account statement.

    - Your ID or Passport number

    - Email address and cell phone number. 


    NOTE: If all the school can validate these fields you will be successfully identified and an email or SMS will be sent with a temporary password. Use this password to login.



    Parent Portal Dashboard

    Upon successful login family members will be shown on the dashboard.

    A summary of the parent and student information is displayed. Latest messages, notifications and newsletters from the school are shown below the dashboard.

    Click on an icons to drill down and see the detail. 


    Biographical Information

    Update and view addresses and contact details.


      


    Family Account Statement

    Account history (statement) detail and online payments of transactions.


      


    Purchase Analysis (Student Account)

    Student orders and payments can be made from their own acccount that is topped-up by the parent.

    Purchase analysis and item blocks are available.




    Assignments and Homework

    Teachers post homework and asignment files for parents to keep up to date with requirements for assignements and tests.




    Assessments and Reports

    Assessment information and reports are available for previous school terms.


     




    Timetable (Student Roster)

    Timetables and calendars for student, groups and events.

     




    Achievements, Attendance and Behaviour Performance

    Timeline of performance incidents, events and awards.
