Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor

When trying to open a Scadsys application the error "Application cannot be started. Contact the application vendor' appears. 

To resolve this issue the Scadsys application needs to be re-installed. Find the process on how to re-install Scadsys.

1. Uninstall the affected Scadsys application
- Go to Add or Remove Programs in Windows 10, open the start menu and type programs to search for the function
- Find the affected application from the list to uninstall

2. Install Scadsys from the Scadsys website
- Download the application from the Scadsys website:

Scadsys Class Room Managment OneClick Deployment
Scadsys Media OneClick Deployment

Scadsys Security OneClick Deployment
3. Configure Scadsys
- Use you Scadsys URL and school parameter in the required fields once the applicaiton has started to configure the connection. If you do not have this information contact your Scadsys administrator or Scadco support
